Fees to expect for General Notary Work (GNW):
1. Mobile/Admin Fee $40.00
A. Includes Mileage within city limits of Columbus, IN East of the 46 Overpass
2. Each Notarial Act is $10.00. (Each Signer/Signature is considered a Notarial Act.)
3. Mileage Fee of $0.655 (Round Trip )

Note: After-hour fees will apply between 8 PM & 8 AM $60.00+
All Fees are subject to change.
Fees for loan signings are not based on Notarial Act's
Fees range from $125.00 - $200.00+
Printing Fees:
125 Pages or less - $30.00
126-200 Pages - $50.00
Printing fee includes two sets of documents. Copy 1 will be executed/notarized. Copy 2 will be left with signer and used if any errors are made within copy 1.
There are many great local professionals that I enjoy working with but not all notary publics are allowed to notarize loan documents. If you choose someone else please ask if they have a TPL. (Title Producers License) It is illegal in the state of Indiana to notarize loan documents without it.
